Ingredients
60 ml de rhum blanc
30 ml of coconut milk
15ml of grenadine syrup for that pretty pink shade
10 feuilles de menthe fraîche
1/2 lime, cut into quarters
Sparkling water or lemonade for a sweet version
Glace pilée

Preparation
1. Preparing the glass:
1 Rub the rim of a glass with a quarter of lime.
2 Dip the edge in grated coconut to create an elegant, gourmet border.
2. Crush mint and lime:
1 In a shaker or directly in the glass, place the mint leaves and lime quarters.
2 Gently crush them with a stick to release their flavors.
3. Adding the liquids:
1 Pour white rum, coconut milk, and grenadine syrup.
2 Mix well to harmonize the flavors.
4. Add ice and sparkling water:
1 Fill the glass with piled ice.
2 Complete with sparkling water for a sparkling touch.
5. Garnish and serve:
1 Garnish with a fresh mint leaf, a slice of lime, and a pinch of grated coconut.
2 Serve immediately with a straw to enjoy all the tropical flavors.

Alcohol free ? Substitute rum with coconut water or coconut-flavored soda for an all-public version.
