Ingredients:
40 ml lemon peel-infused tequila
20 ml Cointreau
20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
20 ml cranberry juice
Ice cubes
Lemon twist, for garnish
Instructions:
1 Infuse tequila with lemon peel overnight use the peel of 2 lemons for 500 ml of tequila.
2 Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
3 Add infused tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice, and cranberry juice to the shaker.
4 Shake vigorously until well chilled.
5 Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
6 Garnish with a lemon twist.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes plus infusion time
