Strawberry Lemon Drop Martini
Ingredients
2 oz vodka
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz strawberry puree
Ice cubes 流
Sugar for rimming the glass
Fresh strawberry for garnish
Instructions
Rim the martini glass with sugar by rubbing a lemon wedge around the edge and dipping it in sugar.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. 流
Add vodka, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and strawberry puree to the shaker.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into the prepared martini glass.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim.
Serve immediately and enjoy the fruity, refreshing flavor!
