Ingredients:
2 oz bourbon
1 oz coffee liqueur e.g., Kahlúa
1 oz Irish cream liqueur
oz chocolate syrup
oz heavy cream
Ice cubes
Whipped cream for garnish
Ground cinnamon for garnish
Mini candy cane for garnish
Instructions:
1 Prepare the glass: Drizzle chocolate syrup inside an old-fashioned glass, coating the bottom and sides for a festive touch.
2 Combine ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, mix bourbon, coffee liqueur, Irish cream liqueur, and heavy cream.
3 Add ice and shake: Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to chill and blend the flavors.
4 Strain and serve: Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice, maintaining the layered appearance.
5 Garnish: Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, and a mini candy cane. Serve immediately.
