Tropical Pineapple Mojito

Ingredients:
60 ml 2 oz white rum
200 ml 6.8 oz pineapple juice
Juice of half a lime
A few fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon cane sugar syrup or to taste
Sparkling water 磻
Ice cubes 流
Instructions:
Muddle the Mint:
In a tall glass, place a few fresh mint leaves.
Gently muddle them with a muddler to release their aroma.
Add Lime Juice and Sugar Syrup:
Pour the lime juice and cane sugar syrup into the glass.
Add Ice:
Fill the glass to the top with ice cubes.
Pour in Rum and Pineapple Juice:
Add the white rum and pineapple juice over the ice.
Mix the Flavors:
Stir gently with a spoon to combine all the flavors.
Add Sparkling Water:
Top off with sparkling water for a fizzy, refreshing touch.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with a slice of pineapple or a sprig of mint for a tropical finishing touch.
