Festive Grinch Mimosas
Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup lemon-lime soda
1/2 cup sparkling white grape juice or non-alcoholic champagne
Green food coloring
Red sanding sugar for rim
Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the glass rims by dipping them in water or corn syrup, then coating with red sanding sugar. Set aside.
In a large pitcher, combine orange juice, pineapple juice, and lemon-lime soda. Stir gently to mix.
Add a few drops of green food coloring to the mixture, stirring until the desired shade of green is reached.
Pour the sparkling white grape juice into the pitcher, giving a gentle stir to combine.
Carefully pour the mixture into the prepared glasses. Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim or skewered on a toothpick.
Serve immediately and enjoy the festive cheer!
