1 ounce vodka
1 ounce coffee liqueur
ounce blue curaçao
1 ounce heavy cream
Instructions:
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Pour in 1 ounce of vodka and 1 ounce of coffee liqueur, allowing them to mix over the ice. Slowly add ounce of blue curaçao to create a ghostly blue layer.
