Natures cloud elixir Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 tsp Matcha Powder ceremonial grade
2 oz Hot Water not boiling, around 175F
1 oz Simple Syrup adjust to taste
1 oz Coconut Milk or any plant-based milk
1 oz Vodka optional for a boozy version
Foamed Milk or Whipped Cream for topping
Fresh Mint Leaves for garnish
Ice Cubes
Instructions:
Prepare the Matcha Base:
Sift matcha powder into a bowl.
Add hot water and whisk until smooth and frothy.
Stir in simple syrup to sweeten.
Build the Drink:
Fill a round glass with ice cubes.
Pour the matcha mixture over the ice.
Gently layer the coconut milk over the matcha by pouring slowly over the back of a spoon.
Add the “”Cloud””:
Top the drink with foamed milk or a dollop of whipped cream to create a fluffy, cloud-like layer.
Garnish:
Add a sprig of fresh mint for a refreshing aroma and visual appeal.
Serve and Enjoy:
