Fireball Hot Toddy
Ingredients:
2 cups boiling water
cup warm caramel
2 teaspoons honey
Juice of lemon
cup Fireball whisky
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
Instructions:
Prepare the Glasses:
Dip the rims of two heatproof glasses into the warm caramel to coat.
Add Honey and Lemon:
Place 1 teaspoon of honey into each glass.
Squeeze the juice of lemon into each glass.
Add Fireball and Hot Water:
Pour 2 tablespoons 1 oz of Fireball whisky into each glass.
Top up each glass with 1 cup of boiling water.
Stir gently until the honey is fully dissolved.
Garnish and Serve:
Add a cinnamon stick and a star anise to each glass for garnish.
Serve the hot toddies immediately while warm.
Notes:
Adjusting Sweetness: Feel free to adjust the amount of honey and caramel to suit your taste preferences.
Alternative Garnishes: You can also garnish with a lemon slice or a sprinkle of ground cinnamon for added flavor.
