Love Potion Mocktail
Ingredients:
5 ounces 100% cherry juice or pomegranate or cranberry juice
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Juice of 1 large lime
Sparkling mineral water such as Topo Chico
Fresh raspberries, for garnish
Optional: Heart-shaped ice cubes made from 100% pomegranate, cherry, or cranberry juice
Directions:
Prepare Heart-Shaped Ice Cubes Optional:
Pour 100% pomegranate, cherry, or cranberry juice into heart-shaped silicone molds.
Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight until solid.
Prepare the Glasses:
If desired, rim the edges of your glasses with lime juice and dip them into maple sugar for a sweet touch.
Set the prepared glasses aside or place them in the freezer to chill.
Mix the Mocktail:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the cherry juice, maple syrup, and lime juice.
Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
Assemble the Drink:
Fill each prepared glass with ice cubes or the heart-shaped juice ice cubes.
Pour the shaken mixture into each glass, filling about half to two-thirds full.
Top off each glass with sparkling mineral water and stir gently to combine.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with fresh raspberries.
