Valentine Hearts Fudge
Ingredients:
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 drops pink or red food coloring optional
Valentine-themed sprinkles red, pink, white
Directions:
Prepare the Pan:
Line an 88-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
Lightly grease the parchment with non-stick spray or butter.
Melt the Chocolate:
In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
Heat over low-medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy.
Add Flavor and Color:
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
If desired, add food coloring and mix until fully incorporated.
Pour and Smooth:
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan.
Use a spatula to spread it evenly, ensuring a smooth surface.
Decorate:
Generously sprinkle Valentine-themed sprinkles over the top.
Gently press the sprinkles into the fudge to help them adhere.
Chill:
Refrigerate for 23 hours, or until completely set.
Cut into Heart Shapes:
Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang.
Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out heart pieces.
Re-roll and cut any scraps to maximize servings.
