The Tiffany Jell-O Shots
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Champagne
1/2 cup Lemonade
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
4 envelopes Unflavored Gelatin
3 tablespoons Blue Curaçao
Cooking Spray for the pan
Coarse Sanding Sugar for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Mixture:
In a saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups of champagne, 1/2 cup of lemonade, and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar.
Sprinkle 4 envelopes of unflavored gelatin over the mixture and let it sit for about 2 minutes to allow the gelatin to bloom.
Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until the gelatin and sugar have completely dissolved approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in 3 tablespoons of blue curaçao to achieve the signature Tiffany blue color.
Set the Jell-O:
Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
Pour the gelatin mixture into the prepared pan.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the gelatin is firm.
Cut and Garnish:
Once set, gently invert the gelatin onto a cutting board.
Slice into 16 equal squares.
Dip the bottom and edges of each square into coarse sanding sugar to add a sparkling touch.
Serve:
Arrange the Jell-O shots on a serving platter.
Serve chilled and enjoy responsibly.

Customization: For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the champagne with sparkling white grape juice and omit the blue curaçao, adding a few drops of blue food coloring instead.
