Strawberry Vodka Cocktail
Ingredients:
4 cups frozen strawberries unsweetened
1 cups pineapple juice
cup simple syrup see notes
8 ounces whipping cream vodka
8 ounces Sprite
Sweetened whipped cream optional, for garnish
Fresh strawberries optional, for garnish
Directions:
Blend Ingredients:
In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, pineapple juice, simple syrup, and whipping cream vodka.
Blend on high for about 30 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth.
Add Carbonation:
Pour the Sprite into the blender with the strawberry mixture.
Pulse the blender a few times to incorporate the soda without over-mixing, preserving the carbonation.
Serve:
Pour the cocktail into serving glasses.
If desired, top with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
