Cotton Candy Martini
Ingredients:
1 ounces vanilla vodka
1 ounce raspberry vodka
1 ounces cotton candy syrup
1 ounce half-and-half
Sanding sugar for rimming
Cotton candy or marshmallow for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Glass:
Dip the rim of a chilled martini or coupe glass in simple syrup, then into sanding sugar to coat.
Mix the Cocktail:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add vanilla vodka, raspberry vodka, cotton candy syrup, and half-and-half.
Shake well until chilled.
Serve:
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
Garnish with a piece of cotton candy or a marshmallow on the rim.
