Mexican Candy Shot
Ingredients:
1 oz tequila blanco or reposado
1 oz watermelon schnapps
Dash of hot sauce e.g., Tabasco or your favorite
Tajín seasoning or chili powder for rimming
Lime wedge for rimming and garnish
Ice cubes
Directions:
Prepare the Glass:
Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a shot glass.
Dip the rim into Tajín seasoning or chili powder to coat.
Mix the Shot:
In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, watermelon schnapps, and a dash of hot sauce.
Add a handful of ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
