St. Patricks Day Frozen Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
3 cups milk
cup heavy cream
cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
teaspoon vanilla extract
Green gel food coloring adjust for desired shade
Whipped cream for topping
St. Patricks sprinkles or any green sprinkles for garnish
Instructions:
Heat the Milk Mixture:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, heavy cream, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Stir frequently and heat until the mixture is warm, but do not let it boil.
Melt the White Chocolate:
Reduce the heat to low and add the white chocolate chips. Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add Vanilla and Color:
