Valentines Day Jello Shots
Ingredients:
2 cups boiling water
1 box 6 oz watermelon Jell-O
1 box 6 oz strawberry-banana Jell-O
1 cups white coconut rum
Whipped cream for topping
Heart-shaped sprinkles for garnish
Directions:
Prepare the Pink Layer:
In a mixing bowl, dissolve the watermelon Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring continuously for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
Stir in cup of white coconut rum.
Evenly distribute the mixture into shot glasses, filling each halfway.
Refrigerate for approximately 60 minutes, or until the layer is set.
Prepare the Red Layer:
In a separate bowl, dissolve the strawberry-banana Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Add the remaining cup of white coconut rum, mixing well.
Carefully pour this mixture over the set pink layer in each shot glass, filling to the top.
Refrigerate again for 60 to 90 minutes, until fully set.
Add Toppings:
Once both layers are firm, top each jello shot with a dollop of whipped cream.
Garnish with heart-shaped sprinkles for a festive touch.
