Ingredients:
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
A few drops of pink or red food coloring adjust for desired shade
Whipped cream for topping
Valentine sprinkles or heart-shaped marshmallows for garnish
Instructions:
1 Heat the Milk and Cream:
In a medium saucepan, combine the milk and heavy cream. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until warm but not boiling.
2 Add the White Chocolate:
