Valentine Strawberry Cookies
Ingredients
For the Cookies:
1 box 15.25 oz strawberry cake mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
Directions
Prepare the Dough:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, softened butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Fold in white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Shape the Cookies:
Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to drop rounded balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets.
Space dough balls about 2 inches apart to allow for spreading.
Bake the Cookies:
Bake in the preheated oven for 1012 minutes, or until edges are set and centers look slightly underbaked.
Let cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve and Enjoy:
Serve warm with milk or package them in a cute box for gifting.
