Snickers & Reeses Cookie Dough Ice Cream
A creamy, candy-packed treat loaded with Snickers, Reeses, and edible cookie dough!
Ingredients
Ice Cream Base:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp peanut butter optional
Cookie Dough:
cup butter, softened
cup brown sugar
cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup heat-treated flour
tsp salt
cup mini chocolate chips
Mix-ins:
2 Snickers bars, chopped
2 Reeses cups, chopped
cup mini chocolate chips optional
Instructions
1 Ice Cream Base: Whisk cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Stir in melted peanut butter if using. Churn in an ice cream maker 20-25 mins.
2 Cookie Dough: Cream butter and sugars, mix in vanilla, flour, salt, and chocolate chips. Roll into small pieces and freeze.
3 Combine: Fold Snickers, Reeses, and frozen cookie dough into churned ice cream.
4 Freeze: Transfer to a container, cover, and freeze for 4-6 hours.
5 Enjoy: Let sit for 5 minutes before scooping.
