Ingredients:
1 cup Vanilla Vodka
2 cups Boiling Water
1/4 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 Envelopes Unflavored Gelatin
Food Coloring Gels: Aqua, Neon Pink, Bright Yellow, Neon Purple, Neon Lime Green
Prepared Buttercream Frosting for topping
Pastel M&Ms for garnish

Instructions:
Bloom Gelatin: Pour boiling water into a large measuring cup. Sprinkle gelatin over the water and let it sit for 15 minutes until fully dissolved.
Mix Base: Add vanilla vodka and sweetened condensed milk to the dissolved gelatin. Stir thoroughly.
Divide and Color: Split the mixture evenly into five bowls. Add a different food coloring gel to each bowl and mix well.
Layer Shots: Pour the first colored mixture into shot glasses, filling them about a third of the way. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
Add Layers: Once the first layer is set, add the second colored mixture. Repeat the process, refrigerating between layers, until all colors are used and glasses are filled.
Top and Serve: After the final layer sets, pipe a swirl of buttercream frosting on top of each shot and garnish with pastel M&Ms. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
