Ingredients:

1 cups all-purpose flour

cup white sugar

1 teaspoons baking powder

cup butter

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 cups blueberries

2 cups sour cream

cup white sugar


2 egg yolks

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Grease and flour a cake pan.

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add the butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and spread into the prepared cake pan.

Now, throw in those gorgeous blueberries! Dont be shy, theyre the star here.

In another bowl, mix the sour cream, sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla. Pour it over the blueberries.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and set. Your kitchen is going to smell AMAZING!

Let it cool for a bit if you can wait! and then slice into that creamy, fruity goodness.
