Easy Homemade Pasta

Ingredients:

讀 2 cups all-purpose flour

讀 3 large eggs

蓼 A pinch of salt

1-2 tbsp water if needed

Directions:


1 Place flour on a clean surface, create a well in the center, and crack the eggs into it. Add salt.

2 Gradually mix the eggs with the flour until a dough forms. Add water if needed.

3 Knead the dough for 810 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

4 Roll out the dough with a rolling pin or pasta machine to your desired thickness.

5 Cut into shapes spaghetti, fettuccine, etc. and cook in boiling salted water for 24 minutes.
