Chocolate Raspberry White Russian
Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Coffee Liqueur e.g., Kahlúa
1 oz Raspberry Purée
1 oz Chocolate Syrup
1 oz Heavy Cream or Half & Half 拏
Ice 流
Fresh Raspberries for garnish
Chocolate Shavings for garnish
Preparation
In a shaker, combine vodka , coffee liqueur , raspberry purée , and chocolate syrup .
Add ice 流 and shake well for 10-15 seconds.
Strain into a glass filled with ice 流.
Slowly pour the heavy cream 拏 over the back of a spoon to float on top.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and chocolate shavings .
