Valen-Tini
A love-inspired martini with a creamy, berry-kissed flavor.
I love this idea! Heres a Valen-Tini recipe thats romantic, smooth, and a little indulgent:
Ingredients
2 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz raspberry liqueur like Chambord
1 oz white chocolate liqueur like Godiva
1 oz cranberry juice for a slight tartness
1/2 oz heavy cream optional for extra creaminess
Ice
Garnish
White chocolate shavings or a raspberry on a cocktail pick
A rim dipped in white chocolate and pink sugar
Instructions
Chill a martini glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes.
Rim the glass with melted white chocolate and dip in pink sugar.
In a shaker, add vodka, raspberry liqueur, white chocolate liqueur, cranberry juice, and ice. Shake well.
Strain into the prepared martini glass.
Garnish with white chocolate shavings or a raspberry.
