This Steak & Shrimp Noodles recipe is a quick and flavorful dish packed with tender steak, juicy shrimp, and a savory sauce.
Ingredients
8 oz steak, thinly sliced
8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz noodles lo mein, rice noodles, or spaghetti
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
bell pepper, sliced
onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
1 Cook the Noodles:
Prepare the noodles according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
2 Cook the Steak:
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add sliced steak, season lightly, and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
Remove and set aside.
3 Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
Remove and set aside with the steak.
4 Sauté Vegetables:
Add garlic, bell peppers, and onions to the skillet.
Sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
5 Combine Everything:
Return steak, shrimp, and noodles to the skillet.
Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring until well combined and heated through.
