Kielbasa Bites
Ingredients:
1 lb kielbasa, sliced into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional, for heat
Chopped parsley for garnish optional
Instructions:
Cook the kielbasa: In a large skillet, heat the kielbasa over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, until slightly browned.
Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes if using.
Toss the kielbasa: Pour the sauce over the browned kielbasa in the skillet, stirring to coat all pieces evenly. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes sticky.
Serve: Transfer the kielbasa bites to a serving platter and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve with toothpicks for easy eating.
