Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake
Ingredients
Chocolate Base:
cup all-purpose flour
cup unsweetened cocoa powder
cup granulated sugar
cup melted butter
2 eggs
teaspoon vanilla extract
Dark Chocolate Mousse:
1 cup heavy cream
cup dark chocolate, melted
cup powdered sugar
Milk Chocolate Mousse:
1 cup heavy cream
cup milk chocolate, melted
cup powdered sugar
White Chocolate Mousse:
1 cup heavy cream
cup white chocolate, melted
cup powdered sugar
Topping:
Cocoa powder, for dusting
Fresh raspberries
Edible flowers, for decoration
Directions
1 Prepare the Chocolate Base
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 2025 minutes. Let it cool completely.
2 Make the Dark Chocolate Mousse
In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the melted dark chocolate.
Spread the mousse over the cooled base and chill for 30 minutes.
3 Prepare the Milk Chocolate Mousse
Repeat the same process as the dark chocolate mousse, using milk chocolate instead.
Spread it over the dark chocolate mousse and chill for another 30 minutes.
4 Make the White Chocolate Mousse
Follow the same steps, using white chocolate.
Spread over the milk chocolate layer and chill for at least 2 hours to fully set.
5 Decorate and Serve
Dust the top with cocoa powder.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and edible flowers.
