Ingredients:

cup old-fashioned rolled oats
cup milk dairy or non-dairy 拏
cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened 燎
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
tsp vanilla extract
cup fresh strawberries, diced
Optional Toppings:
Graham cracker crumbs
Additional fresh strawberries
Directions:
Mix the Creamy Base:
In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup until smooth.
Combine Ingredients:
Add rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and diced strawberries to the bowl.
Stir until well combined.
Refrigerate Overnight:
Transfer the mixture to a mason jar or airtight container.
Seal and refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to absorb the flavors.
Serve & Enjoy:
In the morning, stir well for a creamy consistency.
Top with graham cracker crumbs and extra strawberries before serving.
