Easter Bunny M&M Cookies

These soft and chewy cookies are perfect for Easter, featuring adorable bunny-shaped pastel M&M decorations! A fun and festive treat for springtime celebrations.

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

tsp salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

cup brown sugar

2 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup pastel M&Ms for decorating

Directions:

Preheat the Oven:

Set your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.


Cream Butter & Sugars:

In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add Eggs & Vanilla:

Mix in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.

Combine & Mix:

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

Form Cookies:

Scoop dough into 1.5-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake:

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are lightly golden around the edges.

Add Bunny M&Ms:

While cookies are still warm, press one M&M sideways for the bunnys body and two M&Ms standing upright for the ears.

Allow cookies to cool completely so the M&Ms stay in place.
