Shamrock Russian A Festive St. Patricks Day Cocktail!
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur Kahlúa
1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half 拏
oz green crème de menthe for minty flavor and color
Whipped cream optional
Green sanding sugar or mint leaves for garnish
Ice cubes 流
Directions:
Prepare the Glass Optional:
Rim a rocks glass with green sanding sugar for extra festive flair.
Build the Cocktail:
Fill the glass with ice.
Pour in vodka, coffee liqueur, and crème de menthe. Stir gently.
Create a Layered Effect:
Slowly pour heavy cream over the back of a spoon to allow it to float on top.
Garnish & Serve:
Top with whipped cream and a fresh mint leaf or a sprinkle of green sugar.
