Royal Hawaiian Cocktail
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
1 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
0.5 oz orgeat syrup a sweet almond-flavored syrup
Pineapple wedge, for garnish
Instructions:
Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the pineapple juice, lemon juice, and orgeat syrup.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
Gently pour the Empress 1908 Gin over the back of a spoon to float it on top, creating a layered effect.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
