Easter Swirl Pie
Ingredients:
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cups whipped topping like Cool Whip
4-5 gel food coloring pastel shades: pink, blue, yellow, purple
Whipped cream and sprinkles for topping
Directions:
Prepare the filling: In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping.
Color the mixture: Divide the filling into 4-5 small bowls. Add a few drops of food coloring to each, stirring gently.
Swirl the colors: Spoon dollops of each colored mixture into the graham cracker crust. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the colors together, creating a marbled effect.
Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Serve: Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.
