Apple Island Splash
Ingredients:
1.5 oz pineapple rum
1.5 oz sour apple pucker
1.5 oz pineapple juice
Sprite, to top
Ice cubes
Garnish: pineapple wedge or green apple slice optional
Directions:
Mix the Cocktail: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine pineapple rum, sour apple pucker, and pineapple juice.
Shake Well: Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into a Glass: Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice and strain the mixture over it.
Top with Sprite: Pour Sprite over the drink to add a fizzy finish.
Garnish and Serve: Add a pineapple wedge or green apple slice for decoration. Enjoy responsibly!
