Peach Paloma Spritz
Ingredients:
1.5 oz tequila
1 oz peach syrup
1/2 oz lime juice
1.5 oz grapefruit juice
Prosecco, to top
Ice cubes
Garnish: peach fan
Directions:
Mix the Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine peach syrup, tequila, lime juice, and grapefruit juice.
Shake Well: Shake vigorously for about 8 seconds to blend the flavors.
Prepare the Glass: Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice.
Pour and Top: Strain the mixture over the ice, then top with Prosecco.
Stir Gently: Use a bar spoon to gently stir the drink, combining the flavors without losing carbonation.
