Ingredients:

– 2 cups heavy whipping cream

– 1 box vanilla wafer cookies about 10-12 oz

– 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

– 2 ripe bananas, sliced

– 2 cups vanilla pudding prepared from mix or homemade

– 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 cup whole milk

– 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

– Fresh mint leaves optional, for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar.

2. Using an electric mixer, beat this mixture on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, which should take around 3-4 minutes. Once done, set this whipped cream mixture aside.

3. In another bowl, prepare the vanilla pudding following the instructions on the package or use homemade vanilla pudding. Allow it to cool slightly before using.

4. Grab a large trifle dish or individual serving cups, and begin by placing a layer of vanilla wafer cookies at the bottom.

5. Next, spread a layer of the prepared vanilla pudding over the cookies, smoothing it out evenly.

6. Add sliced bananas and strawberries on top of the pudding layer, making sure to distribute them well.

7. Continue layering by adding more cookies, followed by another layer of pudding and more fruit slices. Repeat until all ingredients are used, making sure the final layer on top is the delicious whipped cream.

8. Cover the trifle dish or cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate the pudding for at least 3 hours, or overnight if possible, so the flavors meld and everything chills.

9. Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of color and a hint of freshness.
