Ingredients:

– 4 Snickers bars chopped

– 2 cups heavy cream

– 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

– 1/2 cup peanut butter

– 1/2 cup brown sugar

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1 cup mini chocolate chips

– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour heat-treated

– 4 Reeses peanut butter cups chopped

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips for fudge swirl, optional

– 2 tbsp butter for fudge swirl, optional

– 1/4 cup heavy cream for fudge swirl, optional

– 2 tbsp corn syrup for fudge swirl, optional

Instructions:

1. Begin by making the cookie dough. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

2. Add in the vanilla extract and salt, mixing until well incorporated. Gradually add the heat-treated flour, stirring until just combined.

3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips gently, ensuring they are evenly distributed. Chill your cookie dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. After chilling, break the dough into small, bite-sized pieces and set aside.

4. Next, prepare the ice cream base. In another large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

5. If youd like to add a fudge swirl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Once melted, mix in the heavy cream and corn syrup, continuing to stir until the mixture thickens. Let it cool slightly.

6. Now its time to churn the ice cream. Pour the chilled ice cream mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturers instructions, usually about 20-25 minutes.

7. Once the ice cream is churned, gently fold in the cookie dough pieces, chopped Snickers, and Reeses peanut butter cups. If youre using the fudge swirl, drizzle it in at this stage and give a gentle fold to mix.

8. Transfer the delicious mixture into an airtight container. Freeze the ice cream for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm and ready to serve.

9. To enjoy, scoop out your Snickers & Reeses cookie dough ice cream and treat yourself to the wonderful blend of flavors. For a gooey, chewy experience, allow the ice cream to sit for a few minutes before scooping.
