– cup granulated sugar
– 2 large eggs
– teaspoon vanilla extract
– 8 slices of white bread, crusts removed
– cup milk
– 2 tablespoons butter, melted
– 1 tablespoon butter for frying
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– Maple syrup or cream cheese glaze for serving
Instructions:
1. Begin by flattening each slice of bread. Use a rolling pin to gently roll them out until they are thin and pliable.
