1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

4 In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
5 Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
6 Scoop tablespoonfuls of dough and place them onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
7 Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.
8 Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
