Sea Bass à la Michele
Ingredients:
2 sea bass fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, sliced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup vegetable or chicken broth
1 tbsp capers optional
Instructions:
1 Preheat your oven to 375F 190C.
2 Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3 Place the sea bass fillets in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly golden.
4 Add lemon slices, thyme, capers if using, and broth to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
5 Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
6 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
