Baked Spaghetti
Ingredients:
12 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
24 oz marinara sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1 Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2 In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain any excess grease. Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning.
3 In a bowl, mix ricotta or cottage cheese with sour cream.
4 Layer half of the spaghetti in the prepared dish. Spread the cheese mixture over the spaghetti.
5 Add the remaining spaghetti on top, then pour the meat sauce evenly over it.
6 Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
7 Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
