Baked Spaghetti Casserole
Ingredients:
16 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
24 oz marinara sauce
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1 Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2 In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add ground beef or turkey, cooking until browned. Drain excess grease and stir in marinara sauce. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3 In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and ricotta or cottage cheese until smooth.
4 Layer half of the cooked spaghetti in the baking dish. Spread half the cheese mixture on top, followed by half the meat sauce. Repeat the layers.
5 Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the top.
6 Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
