1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions:
