Banana Pudding Cheesecake Cones
Ingredients:
1 cup sliced bananas about 2 medium bananas
1 cup crushed Nilla wafers or any vanilla wafer cookies
1 medium ripe banana, mashed
1 3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups cold milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
12 ice cream cones
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Additional banana slices and crushed wafers for topping
Instructions:
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until its perfectly smooth.
2. Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until everything is well combined.
3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold this whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Now fold in the mashed banana until its fully blended. Set this aside.
Prepare the Banana Pudding:
1. Grab another bowl and whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix with the cold milk. Mix until smooth and let it sit for about 5 minutes until thickened.
2. Once its nice and thick, gently fold in the sliced bananas.
Assemble the Cones:
1. Start with an ice cream cone and add a layer of crushed Nilla wafers at the bottom.
2. Next, add a layer of banana pudding, followed by a layer of the cheesecake filling.
3. Repeat these layers until the cones are all filled up, finishing with a dollop of cheesecake filling on top.
Garnish and Serve:
1. Top each cone with additional banana slices and a sprinkle of crushed Nilla wafers for that extra crunch.
2. Serve immediately or pop them in the fridge until youre ready to share!
