Fish Fillets Italiano

Ingredients:

4 white fish fillets such as tilapia or cod

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup marinara sauce

1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Fresh basil, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

1 Preheat the oven to 375F 190C.

2 Season the fish fillets with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3 Arrange the fillets in a greased baking dish and spoon marinara sauce over each fillet.

4 Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the fillets.

5 Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6 Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
