Pumpkin Cake with Cake Mix
Ingredients:
1 box yellow or spice cake mix
1 can 15 oz pumpkin puree
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice optional, for extra flavor
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1 Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2 In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice. Beat until smooth and well combined.
3 Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
4 Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.
5 In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to create a glaze. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
6 Slice, serve, and enjoy!
