Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix or your favorite flavor
1 9-inch round chocolate ice cream, softened
1 9-inch round vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Sprinkles or mini chocolate chips, for decoration
Instructions:
1 Bake the cake according to the box instructions and let it cool completely.
2 Place the cooled cake into the bottom of a springform pan or cake pan.
3 Layer the softened vanilla ice cream over the cake and freeze for at least 1 hour.
4 Add a layer of softened chocolate ice cream over the vanilla ice cream and freeze for another hour.
5 Top with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and decorate with sprinkles or mini chocolate chips.
6 Freeze for another 2 hours before serving.
