籠 1 tbsp white vinegar
暈 1 large onion, thinly sliced
How to Make It:
1 Marinate the lamb: Combine garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, spices, salt, and vinegar in a bowl. Mix well and coat the lamb slices. Add onions. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours overnight for maximum flavor.
