Spicy Asian Ramen Noodles

A bold and spicy ramen dish packed with rich flavor and heat!

Ingredients:

2 packs instant ramen noodles discard seasoning packet

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp chili garlic sauce or sriracha

1 tsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp ginger freshly grated


2 green onions sliced

1 tsp sesame seeds optional

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.

Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce or sriracha, brown sugar, and ginger. Stir until the sugar dissolves and everything is well mixed.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the noodles to absorb the sauce.

Garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy the spicy kick of these flavorful noodles!
