Baked Ziti

A cheesy, hearty, and comforting pasta dish perfect for feeding a crowd!

Ingredients:

1 lb ziti pasta

1 jar 24 oz marinara sauce

2 cups ricotta cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add the cooked ziti to the bowl with the sauce and cheese mixture, stirring gently to combine.

Transfer the pasta mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
